Anam Cara eMessaging facility will send a message with a beautiful ecard to let family, friends and colleagues know you are thinking of them throughout the year. We would be delighted if you would consider a small donation to Anam Cara towards our support services, which are offered free of charge to bereaved parents for as long as they are needed.

These are open to all bereaved parents with an emphasis on peer support. We also facilitate additional online bereavement support evenings with featured guests speakers who give an insightful talk about parental grief. If you are recently bereaved, these provide a gentle introduction to our services. With the easing of the pandemic restrictions, we really hope you will consider attending one of our events in the future.
